Here are required steps and documents for customs clearance.

The first stage is accreditation at customs.

The exporter, if necessary, to the customs clearance of goods at the time of discharge shall apply to the services of a customs broker to be registered at the office (to be accredited at the customs) at the state registration of foreign trade in the customs authority. In order to pass accreditation need to collect the following documents:

  1. Charter documents of the company (the original and a certified copy);
  2. Excerpt from "USREOU" (Unified state register of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine) (original and a certified copy);
  3. Certificate from "USREOU" (Unified state register of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine) (original and a certified copy) that is issued by the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine;
  4. Certificate of an authorized bank of opening current accounts in national and foreign currencies (original) on company letterhead and certified round stamp of the bank;
  5. Certificate of registration of VAT form number 2-P (the original and a certified copy), issued by the State Tax Service or the certificate of payment of the single tax, for individuals - tax payer (the information about the ID card) (original and a certified copy ) is issued - the State Tax Service of Ukraine;
  6. Protocol and the order of appointment (optional) director of the company (original and certified copy);
  7. Order on appointment of the Chief Accountant (the original and a certified copy), with passport data, registration, phone the chief accountant (in the absence of the chief accountant at the company - information about the absence this position);
  8. Order on appointment of persons responsible for working with customs (original);
  9. Passports director, chief accountant and the persons responsible for working with customs (originals and copies);
  10. Documents confirming the actual (postal) address of the enterprise;
  11. Based on the above documents is made card accreditation.

The second stage export or import of goods.

To export goods following documents are required (all copies must include: the words "copy in accordance with the original", date, title, name of the person certifying the copy, and copies must be certified by the seal of the company, which has a print in your card (accreditation) of a Code, documents in a foreign language is essential to the translation):

  1. Foreign economic contract established form with attachments (original + copy).
  2. Consignment note (TTN), an international auto waybill (CMR), authenticated by the signature and seal of the sender and the carrier (at least 6).
  3. Invoice or invoice indicating the terms of delivery in accordance with the requirements of international rules for the interpretation of the terms "Incoterms" (at least 6).
  4. When the delivery terms EXW, FCA provides Information on transportation costs from the point of departure to the border of Ukraine (the original).
  5. Book for the International Carriage Carnet TIR, sign and seal carrier.
  6. Certificate of origin - if there is (original + copy).
  7. Documents about the origin of goods: waybill, the tax bill, the internal agreement (if necessary), calculation (originals + to 1 copy).
  8. Certificate of absence abroad of Ukraine currency values and the property, which is valid on the date of customs clearance (original + copy).
  9. Index card (accreditation) the exporter, to take account of at the customs (original + copy).
  10. Payment order for payment of customs duties.
  11. Payment order for payment of customs terminal services.
  12. Passport of the person, to make out cargo (original + copy).
  13. By carriers: Passport Driver (Ukrainian and foreign), the evidence of the carriage of goods to customs, software licenses for transportation, technical passport of the truck and trailer (original + and 1 copy).
  14. Letter and documents confirming the appointment of civilian goods (original + copy). If the goods in Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Affairs code and description is subject to export controls of the Commission - the conclusion (original + copy).
  15. Expert opinion of the Chamber of Commerce to determine the code, and to determine the cost - if required (original + copy).

For imports of goods following documents are required (note on all copies must include: the words " copy in accordance with the original ", date, title, name of the person certifying the copy, and copies must be certified by the seal of the company, which is in print registration card (accreditation) of a Code, documents in a foreign language is essential to the translation):

  1. Foreign economic contract established form with attachments (original + copy).
  2. Consignment note (TTN), an international auto waybill (CMR), bill of lading, air waybill (stamped Customs and Border marks SES, environmental, radiological, quarantine and veterinary control, permitting the importation, use and disposal of goods).
  3. The original invoice or invoice (stamped border customs) with the delivery conditions according to international rules for the interpretation of the terms "Incoterms 2010" and the country of origin (Sauntry of origin _________).
  4. When the delivery terms EXW, FCA provides Information on transportation costs from the point of departure to the border of Ukraine.
  5. Book for the International Carriage Carnet TIR.
  6. Documents control of delivery: PN ("previous notice"), PD ("previous declaration ") or IT ("internal transit ") - the original, decorated on the inside of the customs, as well as original + one copy to the customs office at the border.
  7. Shipping documents provided by the carrier in the area of customs and PN or PD with border customs mark the withdrawal of delivery with controls.
  8. Certificate of origin (ST-1, EUR1, EUR2, Form A, etc.) (original + copy).
  9. Certificate of absence abroad of Ukraine currency values and the property, which is valid on the date of customs clearance (original + copy).
  10. Index card (accreditation) of a Code, taken on record at the customs (original + copy).
  11. Payment of customs duties (customs duties, VAT and excise duty).
  12. Payment for services of a customs terminal.
  13. Contract for recycling of packaging and payment
  14. Ukrainian translation invoice and certificate of origin (in the format of Excel).
  15. Information on gross and net weights of all goods invoice (in the format Excel).
  16. Passport of the person, to make out cargo (original + copy).
  17. UPC certificate (Ukrainian product certification) - if the goods are subject to mandatory certification, a declaration of conformity to technical regulations or a letter of certification of a product that is not subject to certification and declaration of conformity to the (original + copy).
  18. Letter and documents confirming the appointment of civilian goods (original + copy). If the goods in Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Affairs code and description is subject to export controls of the Commission - the conclusion (original + copy).
  19. If necessary, the expert opinion Chamber of Commerce to determine the code, and to determine the value (original + copy).
  20. Licensing documents: a veterinary certificate, sanitary-epidemiological conclusion, gemological conclusion quarantine certificate, environmental permit, etc. - If necessary (original + copy).
  21. Other documents came with load: load act, packing list, certificate of analysis, certificate of quality, etc. (original + copy).
  22. In the presence of a copy of the export declaration sending country.
  23. A copy of the payment order on prepaid - in the event that such form of payment provided foreign economic contracts.
